Not included: Routine maintenance such as: Cleaning Calibration Ink cartridge replacement Any repairs needed due to abuse or accidental damage will be subject to an additional service charge.
Lemon Replacement	Should your scanner require more than 3 repairs in the same calendar year, we will replace the scanner with an equivalent or superior model.
Shipping From service Center	All shipping charges related to returning your scanner to your premises will be paid for by CAMtria
Shipping to Service Center	All shipping charges related to delivering your scanner to our service center will be paid for by CAMtria
Replacement Scanner During Service	CAMtria will provide you with an equivalent replacement scanner while your scanner is being serviced.
