What payment methods do you accept?
We accept purchase orders, VISA, and Mastercard. Register online at www.camtria.com for simplified order processing and credit card payment. 

In what currency will we be charged?
All orders are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. 

Do I have to pay for support or maintenance?
Our DataLink scanners come with a one-year guarantee warranty for parts and labour.  You also have the option of purchasing an extended warranty. Learn more about extended warranties here

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping within Canada takes between 2-7 business days depending on your province.

How much does your reporting software cost? Do I need to pay an annual charge for your software?
The DataLink Connect reporting software is cost and license-free to install and use on any computer. You can find more information here.

Is there a user limit for your software?
There is no limit on the amount of computers that can install DataLink Connect at your school. No individual licenses need to be purchased.

Can you provide me with a full pricing list to compare your prices with Scantron?

How much do you charge for shipping? Where will my order ship from?
Shipping within Canada is free for orders of $200 or more before taxes. Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of $20 per order. All orders ship from Quebec, Canada.

Do you rent or lease scanners?
We do not rent scanners, but we do offer a 30-day risk-free trial if you would like to test out any of our scanners. Learn more here.

How much can we expect to save by purchasing our forms through CAMtria?

On average, CAMtria customers save between 35%-45% on forms when they make the switch to our Scantron-compatible forms. Not only do our forms cost nearly half the price of those sold by Scantron, you will also save money on shipping as well as brokerage and customs fees (since we ship our products to you directly from our Canadian-based warehouse). Since our prices are in Canadian dollars, prices will remain stable throughout the year, instead of fluctuating with the value of the American dollar.

What is the difference between your products and those offered by Scantron?
